Despite their rising success, the band faced the unexpected challenge of cancelling their six scheduled shows in Detroit, Tempe, Denver, Inglewood, Tulsa, and Milwaukee this December due to pressing family issues.

It feels like there is such a huge amount of stones stuffed into my heart right now having to say this. I am currently experiencing some devastating family matters that I need to be home for." Cancellation of All Remaining US Shows and Continued EU/UK Schedule
Further complicating the situation, Maddell announced that all remaining US shows for 2024 would also be cancelled, much to the disappointment of many fans. Maddell reassured fans about his commitment to making it up to them in the future, stating, "I was trying to work out a way around not having to bail on the US December shows but there is no choice now and I need to be in Sydney. I am so sorry and I promise I will make it up to you."
